Shanghai Marathon generator modular design features  

1, the generator for the full guardrail structure, the internal organization of air cooling structure personality, aluminum alloy fan, high air supply rate, low temperature rise.  

2, brushless excitation method, to be equipped with solid work standard voltage AC voltage regulator, AC voltage regulator is equipped with idle gear overhaul, electromagnetic interference control, overexcited off and other basic elements, and with stability regulation and work standard voltage amplitude regulation.  

3, the overall salient pole motor rotor structure, vibration absorbing winding and motor rotor core connected into integration, magnetic field winding selection of thermosetting epoxy filled, with high equipment and electrical strength.  

4. The rotary rectifier is located outside the rotor of exciter for easy maintenance.  

5, the wire box is spacious, the internal organization can be installed with each major device.  Outlet box is located at the back of the frame, beautiful and compact.  

6, insulation grade H.  

7, according to the requirements of enterprises can be created to connect the operation of the control switch and add additional safety devices.  

8, the generator core single roller bearing and double roller bearing these two structures.  Single roller bearing with safety standard SAE data interface and coupling plate, can be equipped with major imported oil machine facilities;  Double roller bearings are suitable for domestic diesel engines equipped with facilities, according to the requirements of enterprises with large size of flange stops.  

9, according to the enterprise must be able to install a PMG and use DVR2000E digital AC regulator.  

10, according to the enterprise must be able to install an anti-condensation heating pipe and hot maintenance of electrical components.
