1.The air filter is dirty.

The dirty air filter will increase the resistance and reduce the air flow, which will affect the proportion of air and diesel fuel, and the mixture will not burn completely, wasting diesel fuel, resulting in insufficient engine power. At this case, should clean the air filter core or remove the dust on the paper filter element as required, and replace the filter element if necessary.

2.Exhaust pipe blocked.

The blocked exhaust pipe will cause blocked exhaust, the suction link of the new working cycle will also be blocked, and the fuel efficiency will be reduced. The power of diesel generator decreases. Check whether the exhaust resistance increases due to too much carbon deposition in the exhaust pipe. Generally, the exhaust back pressure should not exceed 3.3kpa, and the carbon deposit in the exhaust pipe should be removed frequently at ordinary times.

3.The fuel supply advance angle is too large or too small.

Too large or too small fuel supply advance angle will cause the fuel injection time of the oil pump to be too early or too late, so that the combustion process is not in the best state. The fuel consumption of the diesel engine is increased, the exhaust temperature is increased, the noise is large, and the reliability of the diesel engine is reduced. At this time, check whether the fuel injection drive shaft adapter pin is loose. If it is loose, readjust the oil supply advance angle as required and tighten the screws.

4.Piston cylinder liner strained.

As the piston and cylinder liner are seriously strained or worn, and the friction loss increases due to the rubber binding of piston ring, the mechanical loss of the engine increases, the compression ratio decreases, the ignition is difficult or the combustion is insufficient, the lower inflation increases and the air leakage is serious. 5.There is a problem with the fuel system.
