(1) After removing and replacing the battery with enough power, press the start button to rotate the crankshaft of the diesel engine, but the minimum rotation rate of the diesel engine can not be achieved.  

(2) Check the motor carbon brush inside the starter and find no abnormality.

(4) Remove the side cover of the body and check the connecting rod bolts.  In the process of disassembly and assembly, it was found that the disassembly torque was larger than the process information specified in the operation manual, which indicated that the connecting rod bolt took into account the excessive tightening torque, which led to the expansion of crankshaft friction resistance, resulting in the rotation hysteresis of the starter.  After assembling the connecting rod bolts again in accordance with the specified torque, the diesel engine was started and the above problems were eliminated.
