In order to ensure the success of each start of the unit, we have carried out repeated field tests on the setting temperature of the thermostat, and then selected it as 8°C and the temperature difference as 3°C, that is, when the temperature probe of the digital thermostat is used. When the temperature at the measuring point is measured to be lower than 5°C, the control relay turns on the heater power to heat the body. When the temperature at the measuring point reaches 8°C, the control relay turns off the heater power and stops heating. When the temperature falls below 5°C again, a new cycle starts again.

Because the temperature probe of the digital temperature controller cannot be at the same measurement point as the original temperature probe of the generator set, that is, the heat dissipation rates of the two measurement points are different, and the temperature display of the generator should prevail (if the generator set, such as Cummins generator, only If the temperature above 40°C is displayed, then only the temperature display of the digital temperature controller shall prevail). After the actual use from 2012 to 2013, when the thermostat is set to 5~8* C, the temperature display of the generator is basically 6~10°C (the outdoor temperature is milder) and 11~16°C (the outdoor temperature is relatively mild). Very low), all meet the temperature required for the generator set-- one start, and can achieve a successful start every time.
