1. Effects of different climatic environments on the operation of diesel generator sets:

Rain, dust and sand, salt water and fog on the beach, and corrosive gases such as sulfur dioxide are contained in the air.

2. Composition of diesel generator set:

Diesel engine, generator, controller. Other components: base, base oil tank, radiator, water tank, recoil pad, anti sound box, silencer, static sound box and other components.

3. How long is the replacement time of three filters of diesel generator set？

Air filter: 1000 hours, which can shorten the replacement cycle in different environments.

Diesel filter: the first operation is to replace it in 50 hours, and then it is generally replaced in 400 hours.

The quality of diesel used is not good, so the replacement cycle should be shortened.

Oil filter: change it after 50 hours of operation for the first time, and then change it after 200 hours.

4. How to identify the authenticity of the engine？

Appearance: for professionals familiar with the engine, the appearance and color of the engine can be used. The overall color difference is used to distinguish the authenticity of the engine.

Identification: the diesel engine body has logo labels of corresponding brands.

Nameplate resolution: the engine number is marked on the nameplate on the engine, and the corresponding code is also marked on the cylinder block and oil pump. You can know the authenticity of the power by calling the original factory to confirm the code.

5. Introduction of motor protection grade IP:

1: Represents the level of preventing the entry of solid foreign matters, and the highest level is 6.

P: Represents the level of water prevention, and the highest level is 8.

For example, the protection grade is IP56, IP55, etc. (the protection grade of d.nj power generator is IP56).

6. Introduction to insulation grade of alternator:

The insulation grade of the motor is divided according to the heat-resistant grade of the insulation material used, which is generally divided into 5 grades:

Class A: 105 degrees

Class E: 120 degrees

Class B: 130 degrees

Class F: 155 degrees

Class H: 180 degrees

7. Introduction to noise level:

30 ~ 40 dB is an ideal quiet environment. More than 50 decibels will affect sleep and rest. More than 70 decibels will interfere with conversation and affect work efficiency. Living in a noise environment above 90 dB for a long time will seriously affect hearing and cause neurasthenia, headache, rising blood pressure and other diseases. If you are suddenly exposed to a noise environment of up to 150 decibels, the auditory organs will suffer sharp trauma, causing rupture and bleeding of tympanic membrane and complete loss of hearing in both ears. In order to protect hearing, the noise shall not exceed 90 dB; In order to ensure work and study, the noise shall not exceed 70 dB. In order to ensure rest and sleep, the noise shall not exceed 50 dB.

8. Purpose of parallel operation of diesel generator set:

Improve the reliability of power supply and realize uninterrupted power supply.

9. Role of ATS:

ATS is the switching switch between mains power supply and power generation power supply. There are two groups of switching contacts, one for power generation and the other for power generation. Automatic switching can be realized through controller instructions.

10. Fuel consumption calculation:

11. Main functions of control system:
